New Patient Assessment & Treatment Session with an ICAHT Practitioner - (normally £120) - £90.00 For new patients only In this booking you will meet with your ICAHT practitioner who will go though a detailed health history & assessment with you to gain a detailed & holistic insight into you current health state. They will evaluate the specific health challenge and/ or objective that you may be presenting with & help you gain insight into the root cause of its development as well as its contributing factors. After formulating and advising you on the best pathway to attain the desired outcomes a tailor made treatment program will be prescribed often consisting of a course of treatment. An initial therapy session will be delivered on the day using a combination of techniques and interventions consistent with your needs. This may include manual therapy, cupping therapy, hijama, acupuncture, soft tissue work, rehab exercises and/or fascial stretch therapy. The techniques used will be discussed and agreed upon following your consultation. Please note that in this session your treatment will be able to focus on one primary complaint or treatment objective. You will need to allow between 45-55mins for this session.

NEW Patient MOT & Extended combo therapy Treatment Session (with an ICAHT Practitioner) - £150.00 For new patients only Understand your body's health with a full Holistic Body Check Up & Combined EXTENDED Therapy Session Discover how to optimise your health and safeguard your future with a unique & detailed Naturopathic health assessment with a fully qualified practitioner that pays attention to every little detail. Before meeting us, you will complete a comprehensive online questionnaire which will then enable us to cater to your needs. You will then receive a holistic health evaluation and functional body assessment and your practitioner will then create a bespoke therapy prescription for you. Providing you with a unique session combining a range of techniques including manual therapy, postural interventions, cupping therapy, acupuncture & muscle stretch techniques based on your goals, suitability and practitioner recommendations, you will wish you had visited us sooner. In this session you will have the ability to focus on upto 2 primary health issues/areas and there will be an extended time allocation for this. This option is better suited to individuals who may have more complex health needs that require additional time for discussion & assessment but may also be more suited to individuals who are traveling from further away so wish to achieve more hands on therapy in a single sitting than a regular season. Please note that this option is also more suitable for professional athelets or individuals with larger than average muscle mass and that we may not be able to accommodate you adequately if you book into a standard session.
New Patient CRANIOFASCIAL RELESE (Nasal Balooning) - £180.00 This Appointment option is for New Patients seeking Cranio Fascial Release technique. A specialised ballooning procedure in which a balloon is inserted into the nasal passages and expanded to help release the cranial bones, remove restrictions and open up the airways. These sessions are currently only provided by Dr Rizwhan Suleman who is one of only 4 doctors in the UK which is qualified and certified in this technique and was taught directly by the founder of the procedure himself.
